Through the practice of yin yoga, we will unravel tension in the physical plane and pass the gateway into the universe within. Delve deeper with guided breathwork and yoga nidra. And surrender to the ethereal vibrations of a sound bath, accompanied by carefully-curated soundscapes to guide you through this exploration of outer and inner space, where the boundaries between the two dissolve into a profound experience of vastness.
